Rorrim Privacy Policy

Rorrim is provided by Arusi. This policy explains how information is handled when you use Rorrim and its support services.

Your information in Rorrim

Your observations, notes, to-dos and other private content are stored on your device.

Arusi processes observations on your device. Your writing is not sent to an external AI service.

Rorrim does not use advertising or third-party tracking tools.

Optional backup and sharing

If you enable iCloud Backup, supported app content is stored in your private Apple iCloud account. Not all app data is included in this backup.

Content leaves the app when you choose to share it. The recipient or service you select then controls its copy.

Apple may provide diagnostic reports or TestFlight feedback according to your Apple settings. We use this information to investigate problems and improve Rorrim.

Support and feature requests

When you contact support, we receive the name, email address and message you submit so we can respond. Our website hosting and email providers process this information to deliver these services.

Feature requests submitted to the Forum are public, including their titles, descriptions, dates and vote totals. Voting uses a browser cookie and a hashed browser identifier. The cookie lasts one year.

Retention and deletion

App content remains on your device until you delete it. You can erase local app data or delete your iCloud backup separately through Rorrim’s settings. Turning off backup does not delete an existing cloud copy.

Support and Forum records currently remain until manually deleted. Cookie expiry does not delete submissions. You can request deletion through our support page.
