Rorrim Support
Last updated: 25 August 2026
Rorrim is a daily community word game for iPhone and iPad. Each Lens offers one human-authored invitation to meet in your own words. You can use Rorrim privately without creating an account. Community is optional and available only to adults.
Getting Started
Complete the introduction, read the current Lens and write your response in Compose. The active Lens remains available until you save a response. Missing a day does not remove it or create a penalty.
After saving, Rorrim presents your personal Tree. Timeline, Memory, Landscape, your personal Tree, notes and private observations remain owner-only.
Using Rorrim Without an Account
You do not need to sign in to use Rorrim privately. Without an account, your responses, notes, Timeline, Memory, Landscape, Tree and Lens progress remain on your device and nothing is shared with Community.
If you erase the app, reset its private device data or lose the device without a suitable device backup, local-only information may not be recoverable.
Joining Community
Community lets eligible adults discover how other people answered their Lenses. You must answer the current Lens before the feed becomes available.
To join:
- Save your response to the current Lens.
- When your personal Tree appears, swipe upward.
- Confirm that you are 18 or older.
- Use Sign in with Apple.
- If this is a new account, review the eight reserved alias choices and confirm the alias you want to use.
- Read the Community sharing explanation and choose
Join Community.
Joining publishes today's exact Lens and response under your stable Community alias. Your current public Tree rendering is shown when available. Future completed primary Lenses and Tree growth are shared automatically until you pause future sharing.
Your account identity, adult-confirmation record, private history, notes, Memory evidence and personal Tree source records are not shown in Community. Your alias is pseudonymous public attribution, not a guarantee of anonymity. Avoid including identifying or sensitive details in a response you share.
Pausing Future Sharing
Open More. In the Community section, choose Pause Future Sharing.
Pausing stops future automatic publication and freezes the last public Tree rendering. It does not remove responses that were already published.
Removing Your Response From Community
On a Community response, open the response-options menu using the ellipsis button and choose Remove my response from Community.
Removing the public response does not change or delete the owner-only observation stored for your account or on your device.
Reporting a Response
On the Community response, open the ellipsis menu and choose Report this response.
Reports are private. The author does not see who reported a response, and report counts are not displayed as popularity or engagement information.
If a response presents an urgent risk of harm or involves an immediate threat, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Rorrim support is not an emergency service.
Blocking an Alias
On the Community response, open the ellipsis menu and choose Block this alias.
After blocking, you and that alias will no longer see each other in Community. Blocking is private and is not displayed as a social or popularity signal.
Restoring an Existing Account
Use the same Apple account that was originally used for Rorrim. After Sign in with Apple completes, Rorrim resolves the existing Community alias and restores eligible account-backed information.
Local-only information that was never synchronised to the account cannot be restored from Rorrim's service.
Disconnecting the Community Account
Open More, select the gear button labelled Account & Data, then choose Disconnect Community Account.
Disconnecting signs the Community account out on that device. It does not delete the Community account or cloud data. Private observations, Timeline, Memory, Landscape, Tree and local Lens progress remain on that device.
Deleting the Community Account and Cloud Data
Open More, select Account & Data, then choose Delete Community Account and Cloud Data.
This permanently deletes the signed-in Community account and its active account-linked cloud data. It does not erase private information stored locally on the device. Local data must be erased separately if you also want to remove it from that device.
If account deletion does not complete, check the network connection and try again. If the problem continues, contact support using the form below.
Erasing Private Data From the Device
Open More, select Account & Data, then choose Erase Private Data From This Device.
This removes local observations, notes, Memory, guide progress, Lens progress, reminders, account caches and widget state from that device. It does not delete an existing Community account or cloud data.
If you want to remove both local and cloud data, delete the Community account and cloud data while signed in, then erase private data from the device.
Sign in With Apple Problems
If Sign in with Apple does not complete:
- confirm that the device has an internet connection;
- make sure you are signed in to an Apple account on the device;
- close the Community sheet and try again;
- restart Rorrim and retry; and
- check Apple's System Status page if Sign in with Apple appears unavailable.
Rorrim support will never ask for your Apple password, verification code, identity token or device passcode.
Slow or Unresponsive Interactions
If Compose, the keyboard, Tree or Community does not respond as expected:
- install the latest Rorrim version from the App Store;
- close and reopen Rorrim;
- restart the device; and
- check that sufficient device storage is available.
If the issue continues, use the support form and include the Rorrim version, build number, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, the action that was slow, and whether it happened only the first time. Do not include the text of a private response unless it is necessary and you deliberately choose to share it with support.
Privacy
Read the Rorrim Privacy Policy at ikenaa.com/rorrim/privacy.
Rorrim does not sell personal data, show advertising or track people across other companies' apps or websites. Account-backed private records and public Community projections have separate access boundaries.
Contact Support
Use the support form below for account, privacy, moderation or technical questions. Provide only the information needed to investigate the request.
The support form may ask for your name, email address and message. Your contact information is used to review and respond to the request and to maintain appropriate support, security and legal records. It is not added to your Rorrim Community profile or used for advertising.
Do not send your Apple password, verification code, identity token, device passcode or complete private observation history.
